It gets worse later on. It assumes growth at a time of depression. Plenty of scope to raise taxes still.

i think thet could let go 2 thoudand defence force personnel mainly with no un mission to sereve on and none for forseeable future there are two many personnel wiith nothing to do especially with cut backs to military exercises it makes sense to cut now and not let any rank sereve more than 31 years service thats when they reach maxinum pension
